THIS NATURAL ROSÉ OF KYOHO AND CHARDONNAY – BIODYNAMICALLY-FARMED IN HIS VINEYARDS THAT SHOWCASE A TERROIR OF VOLCANIC SOIL AND RICH CLAY – WERE FERMENTED IN STAINLESS STEEL TANKS USING WILD YEASTS AND WITHOUT ANY ADDITIVES, FINING, OR FILTRATION. 


THIS BOTTLE, PRODUCED IN 2022, IS A TESTAMENT OF JAPAN'S GROWING WINEMAKING INDUSTRY AND BIODIVERSITY.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

All bottles are best kept in a cool, dry, and dark area. Bottles of wine and sake are ideally kept within a constant temperature range of 5-14°C. 

Once opened, wines are best consumed within 2-3 days; Whereas sake may be kept chilled and consumed within 30 days.
